80 minute wait for airport shuttle; no elite recognition at check in
I called the front desk at 7:57 pm and requested the airport shuttle. I was quoted a 20 minute pickup time. I called 50 minutes later to check on the shuttle, only to be told that it would be ten...
Very disappointed
Room had an odor and was not cleaned . The ice machine only worked on 2 floors. Overall the entire hotel needs to be cleaned !

Hotel is nice and clean. The welcome is warm. The attendants are friendly and helpful as well. The shuttle services too is top notch, always ready whenever called upon as required.
